摘　　要：对平衡计分卡理论在高校学报网站绩效评价中的适用性进行分析,并从用户互动、在线服务流程、财务、学习与成长四个维度构建了一个较为系统的高校学报网站绩效评价指标体系,以期为高校学报网站的优化和完善提供了新的思路和建议。This paper analyzes theapplicability of the balanced scorecard model in the performance evaluation of university journal websites, and constructs a relatively systematic index system of university journal websites performance evaluation with four dimensions of finance, customer satisfaction, online Service process as well as learning and growth, providing new ideas and suggestions to optimize the university journal websites.
