摘  要:恶性黑色素瘤是最具侵袭性的皮肤癌,发病率高且临床治疗困难。研究表明纳秒脉冲电场(nanosecond pulsed electric fields,ns PEFs)可通过抑制肿瘤血供和诱导凋亡而抑制黑色素瘤的生长,并且ns PEFs能抑制黑色素瘤的转移并能激活机体对肿瘤的免疫反应。相比传统的手术治疗,ns PEFs具有高度局限、非热能、几乎无瘢痕和无副作用等优势。近年来对ns PEFs治疗黑色素瘤的研究逐渐增多,本文对近年来ns PEFs治疗黑色素瘤的有效性、安全性和治疗机制等研究概况进行综述,以期为后续的实验研究和临床应用提供依据。Malignant melanoma is the most aggressive form of skin cancer and it is difficult to treat. The incidence of melanoma has been continuously increasing. Studies have shown that melanoma growth was inhibited by nanosecond pulsed electric fields(ns PEFs)treatment by inducing apoptosis and suppressing angiogenesis. Furthermore,ns PEFs treatment can stimulate immune response and inhibit tumor metastasis. The advantages of ns PEFs therapy are non-thermal,high-limited,almost no scarring and even no side effect. In recent years,the studies about ns PEFs treatment of melanoma are increasing. Therefore,in order to provide more evidence for subsequent research and clinical application,the efficiency,safety and treatment mechanism of ns PEFs therapy are reviewed here.
