摘　　要：血栓和出血一直是导致缺血性心脏病、中风和创伤性损伤的最大致命因素，因此及时的诊断、疾病风险的管理和抗血栓或抗凝血治疗的监测就变得尤为重要。传统的凝血试验有部分活化凝血酶原时间（APTT）、活化凝血酶原时间／INR（PT／INR）和血小板聚集功能试验等。Thromboelastography（TEG）provides a real-time assessment of viscoelastic clot strength in whole blood.It has been used widely in trauma,liver transplantation,pediatrics and so on.There is some evidence that these algorithms could reduce transfusions and improve clinical outcome but more study is needed.
