中国长三角地区FDI技术溢出的空间局限性

摘　　要：使用1995—2008年中国长三角地区和吸收FDI较少的7个省区的数据,研究了对长三角地区的FDI对吸收FDI较少地区的技术溢出效应。研究发现:吸收FDI较少地区本地FDI的技术溢出效应不显著;长三角地区吸收的高质量FDI对吸收FDI较少的地区有正技术溢出效应,但该技术溢出效应受到空间距离和当地承接能力的影响;吸收FDI较少的地区加强人力资本建设有助于吸收来自长三角地区FDI的技术溢出;FDI的空间聚集及其技术溢出效应的空间局限性是加剧中国经济发展不均衡的重要因素,经济发达地区吸引的FDI有助于其他地区获得国际技术溢出。Using the annual data of Yangtze River Delta region and seven provinces of China from 1995 to 2008,this paper studies the technology spillover effect of FDI in Yangtze River Delta region on the provinces with less FDI.The results show as follows：the technology spillover effect of FDI in the region with less FDI is not significant;FDI with high quality in Yangtze River Delta region has positive technology spillover effect on the provinces with less FDI,but this technology spillover effect is influenced by special distance and local human capital resource;strengthening the construction of human resource is important for the provinces with less FDI to absorb technology spillover from FDI in Yangtze River Delta region;spatial aggregation of FDI and space limitation of technology spillover effect are important reasons for intensifying the unbalance of economic development in China,and FDI in developed regions contribute to the access of international technology spillover in other regions.
