摘 要:为提高环氧树脂的绝缘性能,采用剪力-超声波分散和加热处理方法,制作出不同纳米Si O_2含量的环氧树脂,测试其电气性能并进行了电树枝化试验。结果表明:添加纳米Si O_2后,环氧树脂的击穿强度和介质损耗增大,电阻率和介电常数变化较小;电树枝起树时间延长,使得电树枝通道变窄,电树枝出现逆电场方向生长,纳米Si O_2的添加可以抑制环氧中电树枝的引发和生长。Nano-SiO2 was added into epoxy to improve the insulating property of epoxy. The epoxy sam-ples with different content of nano-SiO2 were prepared by shear-ultrasonic dispersion and heat treatment method, and their electrical properties were tested, and then the electrical treeing experiment was done. The results show that the breakdown strength and dielectric loss factor of the epoxy resin increase after adding nano-SiO2, and the resistivity and dielectric constant do not change greatly. The initiation time of electrical tree in epoxy prolongs after adding nano-SiO2, the electrical tree channel narrows, and the growth direction of electrical tree reverses. The addition of nano-SiO2 could inhibit the initiation and growth of electrical tree in epoxy.
