摘  要:以固态热塑性酚醛树脂为基体,乌洛托品为固化剂,研究了乌洛托品添加量对注射型酚醛模塑料性能的影响。结果表明:当乌洛托品添加量为9%时,酚醛模塑料可以正常注射成型,成型件表面平整光亮,色泽均匀,综合性能优良。The solid thermoplastic phenolic resin was used as matrix resin and the methenamine was used as curing agent in the preparation of injection type phenolic molding compound, and the effect of methenamine content on the properties of the injection type phenolic molding compound was studied. The results show that when the methenamine content is 9%, the phenolic molding compound could mold by injection normally, the appearance of molding product is smooth, the color is uniform, and the compre-hensive performance are good.
