摘　　要：针对地方产业发展需要高校提供技术、专业人才等多方面支持,地方高校也需要在服务区域特色产业发展过程中更好地促进自身科研发展以及应用型人才培养的合作关系,对地方高校与区域产业发展互动的主要合作模式进行探讨,以湖南农业大学与安化黑茶特色产业互动发展为实证,提出了高校与区域特色产业互动发展的模式和建议,以期为深化高校产学研合作的内涵与凸显其特色提供参考。According to the development of local industrial needs the supports of local colleges provide technical and professional talents in many aspects,while local colleges also need to serve the development of local characteristics in the process of industry to better promote their own research and development and application of personnel training cooperation.The main pattern of cooperation of local colleges and regional characteristic industry are discussed,and the Hunan agricultural university and Anhua dark tea characteristic industry interactive development were taken as an example,and put forward the interactive development pattern and suggestions,and then deepen the connotation of＂industry-university-institute＂cooperation of interactive development between local college and regional characteristic industry.
