摘　　要：以江苏省大中型工业企业研发机构为研究对象,从城市角度出发,分析了企业研发机构的建设和投入情况。在此基础上,构建了基于城市视角的大中型工业企业研发机构创新效率评价体系,并结合DEA-Malmquist指数模型对江苏省各省辖市大中型工业企业研发机构的创新效率进行了综合评价。Taking the R D organization of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Jiangsu Province as research object,this paper analyzed the situation of construction and investment of the R D organization from the perspective of city.On this basis,combined with DEAMalmquist this paper built the innovation efficiency evaluation system of the R D organization to comprehensively evaluate the innovation efficiency of R D organization of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Jiangsu Province.
