摘　　要：科技扶贫是我国政府实施扶贫攻坚的一个重要战略,也是加快农村脱贫步伐的重要手段。阐述了科技下乡扶贫在扶贫战略中的地位及现阶段有效开展科技下乡,促进科技服务农业,推进新农村建设和发展的必要性和紧迫性;并针对目前科技下乡扶贫的现状及存在的问题,探析了新时期开展科技下乡扶贫战略的实施重点。Technology-oriented poverty alleviation is an important strategy to help the government to carry out poverty alleviation,but also an important means to accelerate the pace of rural poverty.This paper expounds the status and the present stage of scientific and technological rural poverty reduction strategy,and the necessity and urgency of promoting technology-oriented poverty alleviation to the countryside,promoting the construction and development of new countryside.
