摘　　要：肺炎支原体对小儿机体损害包括病原体直接侵犯损害和感染后免疫损害。其中免疫性损害可促进重症支原体感染的发生,故小儿支原体肺炎的免疫治疗尤为重要,包括肾上腺素皮质激素、丙种球蛋白、免疫调节剂、中药、抗生素、维生素D、特异性疫苗等治疗。The damage of the Mycoplasma pneumoniae to children includes direct pathogens damage and immune damage after infection. The immunity damage can promote the occurrence of severe mycoplasma infection,so the immune treatment for children with mycoplasma pneumonia is particularly important,which includes adrenaline corticosteroids, gamma globulin,immune modulators, traditional Chinese medicine, antibi- otics, vitamin D, specific vaccine therapy, etc.
