鼻敏汤联合经络按摩治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻敏汤内服联合经络按摩治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 2014年1月至2014年8月宿迁市中医院儿科和五官科门诊、宿迁市儿童医院五官科门诊收治过敏性鼻炎患儿68例,按就诊先后顺序分为观察组38例和对照组30例。观察组予鼻敏汤内服联合经络按摩,对照组予丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂联合鼻渊通窍颗粒。两组均治疗20d,随访12个月以上,比较两组疗效及两组患儿治疗后12个月内发作次数及发作症状积分。结果观察组总有效率89.5%(34/38),高于对照组70.0%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后发作次数与症状积分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的发作次数与症状积分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻敏汤内服联合经络按摩治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎,具有良好的疗效,是中医中药治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的一种新途径,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of nasal allergy soup combined with meridian massage for allergic rhinitis in children. Methods According to the clinic order,68 cases were randomly divided into observation group（38 cases） and control group（30 cases）,who were treated in pediatrics and ENT clinic of Suqian Hospital of TCM and Suqian Children＇s Hospital between January to August in 2014. The children in observation group were treated with nasal allergy soup and meridian massage. The others were given inhalation of Beclometasone Dipropionate Aerosol and oral Biyuan Tongqiao granule. The two groups were treated for 20 days,and followed up for more than 12 months. Compare the curative effect,the frequency of attack and symptom score within 12 months of treatment between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 89.47% （34/38） in observation group, higher than that of control group[70.00% （21/30）] ,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, there was a significant difference on the frequency of attack and the symptom score（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the frequency of attack and the symptom score after treatment in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of allergy soup combined with meridian massage for allergic rhinitis has a good curative effect,and it was a new way to treat allergic rhinitis in children by traditional Chinese medicine, which was worthy of clinical use.
