昆明地区慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者烟草依赖相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨昆明地区慢性阻塞性肺疾病（简称慢阻肺）患者烟草依赖的影响因素。方法选取2014年8月-2015年2月昆明地区5家三甲医院的慢阻肺住院患者共300例,通过填写、收集自行设计问卷,分析慢阻肺患者烟草依赖的相关因素。结果 300名研究对象男性294例,女性6例,烟草依赖评分为（5.64±2.13）分,已戒烟者有202例（67.3%）,未戒烟者有98例（32.7%）。单因素分析显示,不同文化程度、经济收入、吸烟指数患者烟草依赖评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。多元回归分析显示,烟草依赖评分=1.152＋1.43×吸烟指数。结论慢阻肺患者烟草依赖程度较高且与吸烟指数呈正相关,应加大戒烟宣传力度。Objective To investigate the related factors of tobacco dependence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）patients in Kunming area. Methods A total of 300 patients with COPD were selected from 5 tertiary hospitals in Kunming area for investigation from August 2014 to February 2015.The related factors of tobacco dependence in COPD patients were analyzed by filling in and collecting self-designed questionnaire. Results Among 300 cases of patients,there were 294 cases of male and 6 cases of female,their tobacco dependence scores was（5.64±2.13） points.There were 202 cases of ex-smoker（67.3%） and 98 cases of smoker（32.7%）.Single factor analysis showed that the tobacco dependence scores had statistically significant differences in patients with different cultural degree,economic income,smoking index（P〈0.05）.Multiple regression analysis showed that,tobacco dependence score=1.152＋1.43 × smoking index. Conclusion Tobacco dependence of COPD patients is high,and positively associated with smoking index,the related departments should strengthen the smoking cessation propaganda.
