组织身份理论视角下智慧社区的困境与对策—基于网络新闻的文本分析

摘　　要：随着我国由计划经济转向市场经济,社区也逐渐发展成了社会体,社区的管理职能也日益复杂。文章在梳理国内外相关文献的基础上,以内容分析为手段,选取十大门户网站共279篇新闻作为分析内容样本,进行词频分析、语义网络分析,结合组织身份相关理论,从组织主体建构复杂、人文关怀低、组织身份域难以清晰、组织身份吸引力受阻四方面对智慧社区建设过程中的问题进行了剖析,并提出了对策。Along with our country from the planned economy to market economy, the community also gradually evolved into social body, community management function is increasingly complex. In this paper, on the basis of combing related literature at home and abroad, by means of content analysis, I selected the top ten web portal, a total of 279 news as analysis samples, conducting word frequency analysis, semantic analysis. Besides,based on the organizational identity theory,I also analyzed some related problems in the process of smart community building,that is,the complexity of organization subject constructing,low humanistic concern,obscure domain of organization identity,weak organization identity attractiveness,and then I put forward the countermeasures.
