摘 要:采用湿度可控的液态簧振动力学谱(RMS-L)方法,对水灰比分别为0.6、0.8、1.0的水泥净浆水化过程进行力学谱检测,结果表明:水泥净浆水化反应的预诱导期、诱导期、减速期随着水泥水灰比的升高而延长,而加速期却显著缩短.这是由于高水灰比情况下,离子和硅酸盐离子浓度较低,水泥颗粒间距大,因此在预诱导期水化膜的形成比较慢;诱导期颗粒表面半透膜不易破裂;减速期水化体致密化时间较长;而加速期则是由于单位体积可供反应硅酸盐离子浓度低,反应时间也较短.本文的研究工作为水灰比对水泥水化反应过程影响的研究提供了一种新的方法,同时也对湿度可控的RMS-L方法在水泥水化反应研究中的应用进行了有益的探索.a humidity-controlled reed-vibration mechanical spectroscopy for liquid(RMS-L) was used to de-tect mechanical spectroscopy of the cement paste hydration process with the water-cement ration of 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0respectively. The result showed: with the increase of the water-cement ratio, the pre-induction period, induction pe-riod and deceleration period of the cement paste hydration reaction extended while the acceleration period reducedsignificantly. This was because in the case of a high water-cement ratio, ion and silicate ion concentration were lowand cement particle spacing was large, thus forming a hydration film during the pre-induction period was relativelyslow; the particle surface semipermeable membrane was not easily broken during the induction period; the densifica-tion of the hydrate unit was relatively long during the deceleration period; and during the acceleration period, due tothe low silicate ion concentration per unit volume available for the reaction, the reaction time was shorter. This pa-per could provide a new method for the study of the influence of the water-cement ratio on the cement hydration re-action process and also effectively explored the application of the humidity-controlled RMS-L method in the studyof the cement hydration reaction.
