摘  要:以Mg O-Ce O_2-Y_2O_3为助烧剂,采用无压液相烧结法,在1 900℃下制备Si C陶瓷.利用XRD、SEM和精密体积密度分析测试仪对陶瓷样品表面氧化产物相组成、微观形貌及体密度进行了检测分析.结果表明:各陶瓷样品的主晶相均为6H-Si C;助烧剂为wt.%(5%Mg O-3%Ce O_2-2%Y_2O_3)所制备的碳化硅陶瓷所形成的颗粒较为光滑,颗粒尺寸较为均匀,其孔隙相对较小;随着助烧剂氧化铈含量的增多,样品质量损失减少,体密度增大.The silicon carbide ceramics based cermet with MgO-CeO2-Y2O3 as sintering aids was fabricated un- der 1900 ℃ by Pressureless liquid-phase sinteing. The composition, morphology and the density of the oxidative products on the Ceramic samples were studied by XRD, SEM and precision volume density analyzer. The results showed that all of the primary crystalline phase of the samples about the kinds of Ceramics is 6H-SiC. The particles of the SiC ceramics with more smooth, more uniform particle size and their pores is relatively small by using wt% (MgO-CeO2-Y2O3) as a sintering aids. With the increasing of the content of CeO2 as sintering aids, the quality loss of the sample is reduced, and its bulk density is increased.
