摘 要:驱动电源是保证混合式直流断路器稳定工作的关键设备之一。为此提出了一种新型的多路隔离驱动电源系统结构,驱动电源采用全桥LCL谐振网络保持电流输出特性,以高压电缆线和光纤作为电气隔离介质,通过磁环实现多路输出。分析了多路隔离驱动电源的系统结构中的各个模块作用以及全桥LCL谐振变换器的工作过程。设计了变压器和磁环、LCL滤波器参数。通过Simplorer和Maxwell仿真软件对多路隔离驱动电源进行了仿真研究,结果证明变换器可获得良好的恒流特性,输出更加稳定。最后搭建了一台每路输出3 W、0.6 A的多路隔离驱动电源的实验样机,验证了可行性和有效性。The driving power is one of the key devices which stabilize the operation of DC hybrid circuit breaker.Therefore, we proposed a new multiple isolated driving power system structure,and adopted full bridge LCL resonant network to maintain output current characteristic.When the high voltage cable and optical fiber were used as insulation media, multi-channel output could be achieved by the magnetic ring. Moreover, we analyzed the role of each module of multiple isolated driving power supply system structure and working process of full bridge LCL resonant converter, and designed the parameters of transformer,magnetic ring, and LCL filter. Simulation research of multiple isolated driver power supply is carried out by the Simplorer and Maxwell simulation software.The results show that the converter can obtain good constant current characteristics and more stable output. Finally, a experimental prototype of a single output 3 W, 0.6 A multiple isolated drive power is built, and the feasibility and effectiveness is verified by experimental results.
