摘  要:为了测试玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料的耐污性能,为输电领域使用该材料提供依据,采用通用环氧树脂及玻璃纤维拉挤复合材料试样,分别在其表面涂装6种不同的疏水性涂料,重点对材料表面防污能力及耐污秽电气性能进行检测,对试样的接触角、滚动角、湿耐受电压及污秽耐受电压等进行了测试。结果证明涂装了疏水性涂料的复合材料试样的耐污性能得到了提升,其中涂装了PRTV的试样性能最好,接触角>120°,涂有此涂料的样品在III级污秽情况下,工频污秽闪络、耐受电压比无涂料复合材料提高20%,并且每种涂料样品在经过几次沿面放电闪络以后,表面的疏水性都会减弱甚至消失。在疏水性恢复方面,PRTV及IC701两种涂料比DS-02涂料的要好。In order to test the anti-pollution performance of fiberglass-reinforced epoxy composite, and to provide the data for the use of power transmission, by preparing the general molding-epoxy-fiberglass composites with six different hydrophobic coatings on their surfaces, we tested the contact angle, rolling angle, wet-withstand voltage, and pollution withstand voltage of the samples. Moreover, we measured the material surface resistance and electrical properties of antifouling pollution. The results show that the composites with hydrophobic coating improve the anti-pollution performance. The performance of anti-pollution flashover room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber(PRTV) coating is the best whose contact angle is more than 120°. Compared with the composite without coating, the performance of power frequency flashover and withstand voltage increase by 20% for the the PRTV samples in the class III. After several discharge along surface flashover, the hydrophobic surface will weaken or even disappear. In the recovery of hydrophobicity, PRTV and IC701 is better than DS-02 coating.
