摘 要:为了深入了解不同方法的异同性,研究了基于SPICE等效模型和基于FDTD的两种传输线端接非线性负载时的建模计算方法,以端接TVS的传输线为对象,分析比较了这两种方法在建模和响应计算时的优缺点。首先给出了针对端接非线性负载的传输线SPICE等效模型方法和利用分段线性等效非线性负载特性的FDTD法,然后以理想大地上端接非线性负载的传输线为算例进行了建模计算。研究表明:FDTD法和SPICE等效模型法均可用于计算端接非线性负载的传输线的电磁脉冲响应,计算结果一致性很好;在处理非标准非线性器件的建模计算时,由于没有标准的SPICE非线性模型数据库,而FDTD算法只需要对非线性器件的U-I特性进行分段线性处理,所以FDTD法更为简单方便、效果好;在厂家提供相应器件的SPICE模型的条件下,SPICE模型法具有计算快、效率高的优点。To deeply understand the similarities and differences of the different methods, we researched two different modeling methods, based on SPICE equivalent model and FDTD, of transmission line with non-liner load. Taking overhead lines with TVS as an example, we analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of modeling and response calculation of two methods. First of all, we proposed a SPICE equivalent model of transmission lines with non-liner loads and FDTD method using piecewise liner representing non-liner loads. Then, taking the overhead line with non-liner load on ideal ground as an example, we modeled and calculated the two methods. The results showed that SPICE equivalent model and FDTD were both suitable for calculating overhead line electromagnetic pulse response with non-liner load and the results showed compelling consistency. In the process of modeling of the non-standard and non-linear devices, there is no standard non-linear model database in SPICE. By contrast, FDTD is more convenient and effective. Under the condition of the manufacturer providing the SPICE model of devices, the SPICE model method has the advantage of fast calculation and high efficiency.
