摘　　要：张念志教授认为膏方在肺系疾病的应用中的作用主要体现在未病先防,既病防变;减轻发作病情;调整阴阳,以衡为期。张教授临床以"谨察阴阳之所在,以平为期"为膏方运用的总原则,重点在于顾护胃气以及顾及"三个平衡"。张教授在肺系疾病的调治中遵循治肺不离肺,治肺不独肺的原则,并通过调整全身各脏腑机能,而达到防治肺系疾病的目的。Professor Zhang Nian-zhi thinks that cream formula mainly plays an important role in preventing the lung system diseases and stopping them from becoming worse,relieving disease conditions. Its function is to regulate yin and yang to make them reach balance. In clinical practice,Professor Zhang regards examining yin and yang and keep them remain balance as the total principle of using cream formula. He focuses on protecting stomach qi and keeping ＂ three balances＂. He obeys the principle of treating the lung without leaving the lung and not only treating the lung,regulates the visceral functions of the whole body to prevent and cure the lung system diseases.
