冯兆张活用八味丸探析

摘　　要：《冯氏锦囊秘录杂症大小合参》中冯兆张活用八味丸有以下特点:误治药损、久病年老、先天禀赋不足及过劳等是活用八味丸的常见病因;病机主要是肾阳虚;虚证占绝大多数;相关脏腑主要是脾心肝肺;增加药味及与方剂合用,还有变换服用方法可扩大适应症,提高临床疗效,尤其可以作为慢性疾病的中后期调理。According to Feng’ s Jinnang Milu Zazheng Daxiao Hecan,the features of Feng Zhao-zhang’ s flexible use of Pill of Eight Ingredients are as follows： Mistreatment,damage due to medicine,long-time illness,old age,and inadequate natural endowment are the common causes of diseases. Pathogenesis is mainly due to the kidney Yang deficiency. Deficiency syndrome accounted for the vast majority. The related zang-fu organs are mainly and the spleen,the heart,the liver and the lung. Adding ingredients and combining with prescriptions,and changing taking method can expand the indications,improve clinical curative effect,especially can regulate intermediate and late chronic diseases.
