百合固金汤加味治疗咳血50例

摘　　要：目的:百合固金汤加味治疗咳血的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年1—12月在本院治疗的咳血患者100例,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组50例。试验组给予百合固金汤加味治疗,对照组给予复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗。结果:试验组中,显效38例,有效10例,无效2例,有效率为96.0%;对照组中,显效30例,有效12例,无效8例,有效率为84.0%,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:百合固金汤加味治疗咳血效果显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Supplemented Lily Bulb Metal-Securing Decoction on cough plate.Methods： One hundred patients with cough plate who were treated in our hospital between January of 2013 and December of 2013 were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group. The ones in the experiment group were given Supplemented Lily Bulb Metal-Securing Decoction,while the ones in the control group were treated with Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules. Results： In the experiment group,38 cases were significantly effective; 10 were effective; 2were ineffective; And the effective rate was 96. 0%. While in the control group,30 cases were significantly effective; 12 were effective; 8 were ineffective; And the effective rate was 84. 0%. The experiment group was better than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion： Supplemented Lily Bulb Metal-Securing Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effecton cough plate.
