摘　　要：犁头尖属为天南星科草本植物,含有典型的脑苷类成分,同时还含有大量的脂肪油、有机酸等,现代药理学研究表明该属植物多具有治疗中风、抗肿瘤、抗炎、镇痛、抗病毒等多种药理活性,尤其在抗肿瘤和治疗中风方面显著的药理活性受到了国内外科研工作者广泛的关注,并对其治疗癌症和中风的机理和机制进行了深入研究,取得了突破性进展。该属代表植物独角莲,其块茎作为我国传统常用中药白附子入药,具有祛风痰、定惊搐、解毒散结止痛功效。笔者针对白附子(又称禹白附)在炮制中存在问题,对犁头尖属植物药理作用研究进行综述,为白附子及其同属植物药材的深入研究提供参考和研究思路。Araceae Typhonium is a kind of araceae plant, and contains not only typical brain glycosides ingredients, but also a lot of fatty oil, organic acids, etc. Modern pharmacology study shows that the plant has many kinds of pharmacological activities of treating stroke, anti-tumor, anti-inflammation, analgesia, antivirus, and so on the especially the aspects of anti-tumor and treatment of stroke have received the widespread attention from researchers at home and abroad and the study of it has obtained the breakthrough. Its representative plant is Dujiaoliang （ Herba Typhonii ） , whose tubers traditionally called Baifuzi （Rhizoma Typhonii ） which has functions of removing wind and phlegm, calming convulsion, removing toxical material and eliminating stagnation and stopping pain. The author in this article focuses on the problems with processing Baifuzi also called Yufuzi, has reviewed the research into pharmacological effects of Araceae Typhonium, which provides the reference and research train of thought of Baifuzi and the other medicinal materials of the same kind of plant.
