摘  要:建立了一种同时利用管身分布式应变监测数据以及管道三维有限元模型修正的承插式埋地管道完整性评价方法。利用分布式光纤传感器监测管身纵向应变,根据埋地管道与其所处环境建立三维有限元模型,并应用监测数据通过手动调节法修正承插式埋地管道模型,进而由有限元分析获得管口的应力应变和管道剩余承载能力,综合利用上述方法对承插式埋地管道的完整性进行综合评价。通过全尺寸埋地管道在侵蚀坑作用下的监测试验,验证了上述方法的可行性。The occurrence of erosion void is random in both space and time,which makes it very difficult for the traditional discrete type sensor to monitor the appearance and development of erosion void close to the buried pipeline.The advantages of distributed optical fiber sensor make it possible for the distributed monitoring.A method of integrity assessment for the bell and spigot buried pipelines was presented by using the distributed strain monitoring data and three-dimensional finite element model updating simultaneously.Firstly,the distributed optical fiber sensor was adopted to monitor longitudinal strain of pipeline; secondly,the three-dimensional finite element model was developed for the bell and spigot buried pipeline,and the structural model was updated by the monitoring data;thirdly,the structural responses of the joint was obtained from the updated model and the remaining load ability of pipeline was determined; finally,the integrity of the bell and spigot buried pipeline was assessed by the proposed method.The feasibility of the proposed method was verified by the full-size experiments of buried pipeline under the effect of erosion void.The results demonstrate that the proposed method can accurately monitor the performance of the bell and spigot buried pipelines.
