摘 要:梯级水库联合运行的水库水位控制方式是充分发挥梯级水库综合经济效益的重要课题,尤其是对具有较强调节能力的大型梯级水库,联合运行的梯级水库蓄水水位,消落水位控制方式的合理性和有效性决定了梯级电站综合效益的好坏.本文以雅砻江下游梯级水库为例,建立了梯级水库群优化调度模型,提出并采用二重逐步优化计算方法,探讨了蓄水起始时间,最低运行水位的确定等水位控制方式中的两个关键性问题,并以该成果为基础,得到了不同来水频率下的优化水库水位控制方式,所得结论可为雅砻江下游梯级水库实际运行中调度方案的制定提供参考.The water level control plan is an important problem of getting more benefits of cascade reservoirs. Especially to reservoirs with large regulating capacity, the rationMity and effectiveness of water level control plan under jointly operation determine the comprehensive benefits of cascade reservoirs. In this paper, the cascade reservoirs in lower reach of Yalong River are taken as a case study. Optimal operation model of the cascade reservoirs is built and a new approach named double progressive method (DPM) is proposed and applied. The impoundment starting time and minimum water level are two key problems of water level control plan. By solving the two problems and taking the results as foundation, the optimal water level control plan of Yalong River lower reach cascade reservoirs under different runoff frequency is concluded. The conclusion and water level control plan of this paper can be references for real operation of cascade reservoirs in lower reach of Yalong River.
