中药对糖尿病大鼠牙种植骨整合的骨组织形态学影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药对糖尿病大鼠牙种植骨整合的骨组织形态学的影响。方法将75只SD大鼠制成糖尿病大鼠模型,制模成功后行胫骨内种植体植入手术,术后将其随机分为空白组、观察组、对照组,每组各25只。术后1周予以空白组生理盐水、观察组芪鹿丹、对照组盐酸二甲双胍进行为期12周的灌胃给药。分别于给药前及给药后第2、8、12周检测各组大鼠的FBG,并于12周末将三组大鼠处死,观察种植体周围骨组织形态变化。结果给药后观察组和对照组FBG水平均显著下降,且观察组下降更明显,P<0.05。三组大鼠骨组织形态学指标的数值由高到低为观察组>对照组>空白组,P<0.05。结论中药可有效改善糖尿病大鼠牙种植骨整合的骨组织形态学,其副作用小,安全性高,是预防和治疗DM患者种植体并发症的理想方法。Objective To study the effect of herbs on bone tissue morphology of dental implantation osseointegration in diabetic rats. Methods 75 SD rats were made into diabetes mellitus model and given tibia1 implant implantation. After the operation, all rats were randomly divided into blank group, observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. One week later, the blank group, observation group and control group were given normal saline, Qilu pills, metformin hydrochloride for 12 weeks intragastric administration. The FBG levels of three groups before administration and 2 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after administration were detected. At the end of 12 weeks, all rats were executed to observe the changes of bone tissue morphology around the implant. Results After administration, the FBG levels of observation group and control group decreased significantly, and the decrease degree of observation group was more obvious, P〈0.05. The value of bone tissue morphology indices in three groups from high to low was observation group〉control group〉blank group, P 〈0.05. Conclusions Herbs can effectively improve the bone tissue morphology of dental implantation osseointegration in diabetic rats, with less side effects and high safety, which is an ideal method for preventing and treating the implant complications of diabetes mellitus patients.
