序贯使用聚维酮乳膏与医用壳聚糖创面修复膜治疗小面积Ⅱ度烧烫伤的疗效初探

摘　　要：目的探讨序贯使用聚维酮碘乳膏与医用壳聚糖创面修复膜(喷雾型)治疗小面积Ⅱ度烧烫伤的疗效。方法选取2015年7月至2015年11月在我院急诊科就诊的小面积Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者50例,随机分为治疗组(24例)和对照组(26例)。对照组单独使用10%聚维酮碘乳膏治疗,治疗组联合使用10%聚维酮碘乳膏和医用壳聚糖创面修复膜治疗。比较两组的创面愈合率、愈合时间及瘢痕指数(SI)。结果治疗组治疗7 d、14 d的创面愈合率分别为(45.2±4.6)%和100%,均显著高于对照组的(33.1±5.9)%、(82.6±7.5)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组创面愈合时间为(13.2±1.7)d,显著短于对照组的(16.5±2.3)d;治疗组瘢痕指数为4.1±1.6,显著低于对照组的6.2±1.7;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论序贯使用聚维酮碘乳膏与医用壳聚糖创面修复膜(喷雾型)治疗小面积Ⅱ度烧烫伤在缩短创面愈合时间、减少瘢痕形成方面具有一定效果。Objective To investigate the curative effect of sequential use of povidone iodine ointment and medical chitosan wound repair membrane （spray type） in treatment of small area Ⅱdegree burn and scald. Methods 50 patients with small area Ⅱ degree burn and scald treated in the emergency department of our hospital from July 2015 to November 2015 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group （24 cases） and control group （26 cases）. The control group was given 10% povidone iodine ointment, the treatment group was given 10% povidone iodine ointment combined with medical chitosan wound repair membrane. The wound healing rate, wound healing time and scar index （SI） of two groups were compared. Results The wound healing rate of treatment group after treating for 7 days and 14 days were （45.2 ± 4.6） % and 100% respectively, significantly higher than （33.1 ± 5.9） % and （82.6 ± 7.5） % of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The wound healing time of treatment group was （13.2 ± 1.7） d, significantly shorter than （16.5 ± 2.3） d of control group; the scar index of treatment group was 4.1± 1.6, significantly lower than 6.2 ± 1.7 of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Sequential use ofpovidone iodine ointment combined with medical chitosan wound repair membrane （spray type） in treatment of small area Ⅱdegree burn and scald has certain effect on shortening the recovery time and reducing the scar formation.
