摘　　要：针对橡胶、塑料、药品等产品在工业生产中存在由温度引起的安全隐患问题,提出了基于K型热电偶的多通道温度测试法。测试系统以K型热电偶为温度传感器,嵌入式硬件CPLD为核心的测试仪与计算机软件相结合,通过监测和控制生产过程中熔体、流体及颗粒体的温度,保证安全生产,并选择最佳温度,使产品的质量达到最优,产量最大。校准与标定实验表明:该测试仪具有体积小,精度高,测试时间长等优点。Aiming at the safety problems caused by the temperature of rubber,plastics,pharmaceuticals and other products in industrial production,the multi-channel temperature testing method based on K type thermocouple is designed. Test system takes the K type thermocouple as temperature sensor,embedded hardware CPLD as the core of testing instrument which combined with the computer software,and through the monitoring and controlling the temperature of melt,fluid and particle in the production process to ensure the production safety,and selecting the optimum temperature to make the product in optical quality and maximum yield. Showing with the calibration experiment calibration,the tester has the advantages of small size,high accuracy and long testing time.
