摘  要:福建某铜银多金属矿为铜、银、铅、锌复杂共生的难选多金属矿。利用高压辊磨终粉磨系统制备高压辊终粉磨矿样,采用一次粗选、一次精选、一次扫选进行铜银混合浮选,混合粗精矿再磨后采用一次粗选、五次精选、一次扫选,进行铜银分离。通过对工艺流程及药剂制度的优化,最终获得的铜精矿中含铜19.42%、含银4456.00 g/t、铜回收率为53.91%、银回收率为32.99%,银精矿中含铜1.76%、含银992.85 g/t、铜回收率为40.74%、银回收率为61.30%,实现了铜银的有效分离。The copper-silver polymetallic ore in Fujian was a kind of refractory inter-grown cooper-silver-leadzinc complex ore. The ore samples were prepared by HPGR final grinding system. The process flowsheet was bulk flotation of copper and silver by one roughing, one cleaning and one scavenging, and the bulk concentrate obtained was processed further with copper-silver separation by one roughing, five eleanings and one scavenging with regrinding of rough concentrate. Through the optimization of process flowsheet and reagent regime, the copper concentrate containing 19.42% Cu and 4456.00 g/t Ag with copper recovery of 53.91% and silver recovery of 32.99% was obtained, while the silver concentrate contained 1.76% Cu and 992.85 g/t Ag with copper recovery of 40.74% and silver recovery of 61.30%. Effective separation of copper and silver was thus achieved.
