摘　　要：工艺矿物学研究表明新疆某红柱石矿为难选的热液型蚀变岩型矿石。试验采用重选(摇床)—反浮选—正浮选—磁选联合流程。经过一系列条件试验及开闭路试验,确定了适宜的试验流程和浮选药剂制度。最终获得的红柱石精矿产品Al2O3品位为53.25%,Al2O3回收率为30.21%,红柱石回收率50.09%。The mineralogy study showed that the andalusite ore in Xinjiang is a refractory hydrothermal type altered rock. A combined process of gravity separation（ shaking table） —reverse flotation—direct flotation—magnetic separation was adopted. The suitable test process and flotation reagent system were determined through a series of conditional tests and open-circuit tests. A final andalusite concentrate containing 53. 25% Al2O3 was obtained by the process,and the recovery of Al2O3 and andalusite were 30. 21% and 50. 09% respectively.
