摘 要:对高氟氯含量的次氧化锌粉,先通过碱洗工艺去除原料中的大部分氟氯,氟的脱除率50.21%,氯的脱除率92.98%。得到的碱洗次氧化锌粉采用两段硫酸浸出回收其中有价金属锌铟,得到锌浸出率为92.7%,铟浸出率为75.8%。通过对浸出液进行沉铟试验,得到的沉铟渣铟品位为6775g/t,沉铟工序铟回收率为98.5%。试验效果理想,工艺可行。With regard to high fluoride and chlorine content of second-rate zinc oxide powder,removal of most fluoride and chlorine of raw material was realized by caustic wash process,the removal rate of fluoride and chlorine reached 50. 21% and 92. 98% respectively. Then,a two-stage sulfuric acid leaching was adopted to recover zinc and indium from the second-rate zinc oxide powder which was washed by soda,the leaching rate of zinc and indium were 92. 7% and 75. 8% respectively. The neutralization for precipitating indium from single-stage leach obtained an indium residue grading at 6775 g / t with an indium recovery of 98. 5%. The experimental result was satisfactory,and the technology was feasible.
