摘  要:新型铝渣固化剂是一种以铝渣、矿渣、脱硫石膏和粉煤灰为主要原材料,外掺复合激发剂制备而成的土体固化剂。试验表明,新型铝渣固化剂有较好的力学性能和耐久性能。借鉴水泥固化土的试验方法对新型铝渣固化土进行一系列变形和力学性能试验,分析试验结果并找到其变形及受力变化规律。分析了掺入比、龄期对铝渣固化土强度的影响规律。对比了新型铝渣固化土与复合水泥固化土的抗压强度、劈裂强度、压缩性、抗剪强度和抗压回弹模量等工程特性。试验结果表明,新型铝渣固化土物理力学性能基本与复合水泥固化土相似,为新型铝渣固化剂的推广使用提供理论依据。New aluminum dross curing agent is a new type soil curing agent that prepared from aluminum dross, dross, desulfurized gypsum and fly ash with the addition of compound activator. The physical and mechanical properties were tested using cement test standards. The experiments indicated that the new aluminum dross curing agent has good mechanical properties and durability performance. With reference to the test methods for cement curing agent, a series of deformation and mechanical performance test were carried out for the new aluminum dross solidified soil. From the experimental results the deformation and stress variation behaviors were analyzed as well as the influence of mixing ratio, age, water cement ratio on aluminum dross solidified soil strength. A comparison was made between the new aluminum dross solidified soil and the composite cement solidified soil regarding its engineering properties such as compressive strength, splitting strength, compressibility, shear strength and compressive modulus of resilience and so on. The experimental results showed that the performance of the new aluminum dross solidified soil was similar to that of the composite cement stabilized soil, and provided experimental basis for promoting the use of new aluminum dross curing agent.
