摘　　要：通过对变形铝及铝加工行业锯切机使用现状的描述,介绍了几种常见的锯切形式和锯头配置方式,并通过对每种特点的分析,给出各自的适用场合;最后指出在工业4.0大背景下,自动化、智能化、系统化是其发展的趋势。Based on the review of application of saw machine in wrought aluminum and aluminum processing industry,the paper presented some common types of saws and configuration of saw heads,it accordingly described applicable situations through the characteristic analysis; it pointed out that automation,intellectualization and systematization should be the development trend for saw machine in the context of Industry 4. 0.
