压延电子铜箔漂洗废水回用系统工程设计

摘　　要：针对某铜板带加工企业压延电子铜箔生产线表面处理机组排放的含铜锌镍精漂洗废水的水质特点,采用混合反应—过滤—反渗透—离子交换处理工艺对其进行处理,处理后的废水电导率<1μs/cm,可回用作表面处理机组的补充水。Based on the characteristics of rinse wastewater containing Cu,Zn,Ni which was discharged from surface treatment unit of electronic rolled copper foil production line in some copper strip processing plant,the paper presented the processes of mixture reaction,filtration,reverse osmosis,ion exchange applied to the treatment; it pointed out that rinse wastewater could be recycled as supplement water since its electrical conductivity was less than 1μs / cm.
