摘　　要：本文采用定性与定量相结合的分析方法,以现状评价和未来预测为手段,研究了赤峰市耕地、人口、粮食三者之间的关系。依据赤峰市近年来耕地、人口、粮食的基本情况,应用灰色系统模型,对该市的耕地资源人口承载力进行预测,提出耕地与人口协调发展的途径,为当地政府制定相应的发展策略提供参考。The cultivated land, population and grain of Chifeng city are studied by qualitative and quantitativemethods. The population carrying capacity of cuhivated land resources is predicted using the grey system model.The way of coordinated development between cultivated land and population has been put forward to provide refer-ence for local government to make corresponding strategy
