摘  要:"陆S纺纱工艺"是一种新型的棉纺全流程纺纱工艺技术,本文仅对"陆S纺纱工艺"的细纱牵伸机理进行探讨,比较"陆S纺纱工艺"的"三大一小"与现有"二大二小"及前区"三小"等工艺的区别,讨论"陆S纺纱工艺"与现有大牵伸工艺前后区工艺的异同,分析前后区工艺中贯穿的大捻系数须条的大内摩擦力场设置和柔性牵伸特征,提出内摩擦力场取决于须条捻系数而不是捻回数和半浮游区控制变速点的概念,指出胶辊与沟槽罗拉准啮合状态下现有握持力计算方法和工艺思路的不足,创造性地通过对胶辊冲击弹性和几何尺寸等物理性能的研究和测试选择胶辊直径和宽度使用区间,使轻加压强握持成为可能,消除了重加压带来的系统性弊端,提出了将"重加压强控制"发展为"强握持强控制"的进步工艺原则。The 6S spinning technology is a new full flow cotton spinning technology. In this paper,the yarn drafting mechanism of this technology is discussed. The differences between the new technology with big roving twist factor,big gripping gauge in front section and big gripping gauge but little draft multiple and the technology with big roving draft factor and big gripping gauge in back section but little draft multiple and total draft multiple as well as the technology with small floating zone,small apron nip gauge and small gripping gauge are studied. The similarities and differences of the front and back zone technology between the new technology and the present big draft technology are discussed. The setting of big internal friction force field and the characteristics flexible draft of great twist factor fiber strand in the front and back zone technology are analyzed. The authors propose that the internal friction force field depends on the fiber strand twist factor but not the twist number. The concept of control speed change point of quasi- floating zone is also given. The deficiencies of the gripping force calculation method and technological thought under the condition that the rubber- covered roll and fluted roller approximately mesh are proposed. By studying the physical properties such as the impact elasticity and geometric dimension of rubber- covered roller,the authors think that it is possible to fulfill light press and strong gripping by selecting the diameter and width of rubber- covered roller creatively,thus eliminating the systematic drawback caused by heavy pressing. A progressive technological principle by changing heavy pressing and strong control to strong gripping and strong control is given.
