摘　　要：目的比较多普勒能量图显示＂流空区＂法与颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度法早期诊断动脉粥样硬化的价值。方法回顾性分析2014年6月~2014年10月在我院超声科行颈动脉超声检查161例受检者,应用颈动脉多普勒能量图观测颈动脉管腔内舒张期是否出现内＂流空区＂,并以颈动脉内膜-中膜测量（应用IMT测量分析软件测量）为金标准,进行Kappa一致性检验。结果两种诊断方法结果一致性好（Kappa值0.797,P〈0.01,Mc Nemar检验P〉0.05）,两者诊断不一致者可能近期粥样硬化处于平稳期或进展期有关。结论多普勒能量图显示＂流空区＂法与颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度法诊断结果一致性好,提高诊断准确性,两项检查结果具有互补性。Objective This paper compares Doppler Energy which displays ＂ flow void area＂ method and carotid intima-media thickness method for the value from early diagnosis of atherosclerosis. Methods It retrospectively analyzes 161 cases of examination subjects in Hebei Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Group Co.,Ultrasound,General Hospital carotid artery ultrasound from June 2014 to October 2014. In addition,it uses Carotid Doppler Energy to observe carotid arteries diastolic whether it appears within ＂ flow void area＂. And it regards carotid medial-intimal measurement（ using IMT measurement to analyze software measurement） as the gold standard,and then it carries out Kappa consistency test. Results The results of two diagnostic methods consistency is good（ Kappa value 0. 797,P〈0. 01,Mc Nemar test P〉0. 05）,both diagnostic inconsistencies may be related to recent atherosclerosis in a steady period or progression. Conclusion Doppler Energy displays thatthe results of ＂ flow void area＂ method and carotid intima-media thickness diagnosis are consistent. About the part of the diagnosis inconsistent results,it should analyze comprehensively,and improves diagnostic accuracy. What＇s more,two examination results are complementary.
