临床表现及超声心动图特征在ARVC/D诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨临床表现及超声心动图特征对致心律失常性右室心肌病/发育不良（ARVC/D）的诊断价值。方法研究分析经我院收治的18例ARVC/D患者的临床表现及超声心动图特征。结果静息心电图显示13例电轴右偏,肢体导联呈低电压;V1~V3导联T波倒置12例等。超声心动图检查显示17例右心室扩大;12例右室流出道增宽;2例左室增大;12例右室壁弥漫性变薄、运动减弱等。结论临床表现及超声心动图特征能较准确地诊断ARVC/D,并在该病的治疗及随访观察中起到一定的指导意义。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of clinical manifestations and echocardiogram features in arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy / dysplasia（ ARVC / D）. Methods The clinical manifestations and echocardiogram characteristics were analyzed in 18 patients with ARVC / D in our hospital. Results The resting electrocardiogram showed 13 cases of right axis deviation,limb showed low voltage; T-wave inversion was found in 12 cases of V1 ~ V3 leads and so on. Echocardiogram examination revealed 17 cases of right ventricular enlargement; 12 cases of right ventricular outflow tract widened; 2 cases of left ventricle increased; 12 cases of diffuse thinning of the right ventricular and wall motion weakened and so on. Conclusion The clinical manifestations and echocardiogram features can diagnose ARVC / D more accurately,and play an significantly guidance in the treatment and followed-up observation of this disease.
