摘  要:分离和纯化环境中的石油降解菌,开发其降解石油的功能,用于石油污染地土壤的环境治理,是不会带来二次污染的生物清除石油污染方法之一,对石油污染环境的生态治理具有重要意义。流过各种工业废水的沈抚灌渠环境中,富集着大量具有降解各种污染物的微生物。从流经抚顺石油井区的灌区水底泥中取样,在无机盐培养基中,以添加1%的原油为唯一碳源,分离得到5株以石油为唯一碳源的细菌,石油降解率分析表明,5株菌都具有一定的石油降解能力,其石油降解率依次为:sf-5>sf-4>sf-1>sf-3>sf-2,特别是sf-5菌株在培养15d时的石油降解活性最高,是一株极具开发潜力的石油降解菌。Mining environment of oil degradation bacteria for oil pollution to soil environmental governance,it is very has the potential to not bring secondary pollution is one of the methods of biological removal of oil pollution.From this study through the fushun petroleum wellblock of irrigation water in the sediment sampling,the inorganic salt medium to add 1% of the crude oil as sole carbon source,5strains were isolated from oil as sole carbon source of bacteria,oil analysis showed that the degradation rate of 5strains of bacteria have a certain ability of oil degradation,oil degradation rate is respectively:they followed by sf-5〉sf-4〉sf-1〉sf-3〉sf-2,especially sf-5strains in the highest oil degradation activity to train 15 d,is the most development potential of oil degradation bacteria strains.
