健胃消积汤联合捏脊治疗小儿食积临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察健胃消积汤联合捏脊治疗小儿食积的临床疗效,及对血浆胃动素和胃泌素水平的影响。方法：将120例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组口服健胃消食口服液,每次10 m L,每天2-3次,连续服用2周。治疗组口服健胃消积汤治疗,每天1剂,连续使用2周;同时配合捏脊疗法治疗,每天1次,共10 d。治疗后记录主要症状、体征,进行安全性评价,检测治疗前后血浆胃动素和胃泌素水平。结果：治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为78.33%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后7 d、14 d,治疗组主要症状、体征积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗后治疗组主要症状、体征积分下降幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗后两组患儿的血浆胃动素和胃泌素水平均较治疗前升高,治疗后治疗组血浆胃动素和胃泌素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论：健胃消积汤联合捏脊疗法治疗小儿食积疗效显著,能改善临床症状,其作用机制可能与调节血浆胃动素和胃泌素水平等胃肠激素有关。Objective： To observe the effect of Jianweixiaoji Tang combined with chiropractic therapy the clinical curative effect of infantile indigestion,and its effects on plasma motilin and gastrin levels. Methods： 120 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Jianweixiaoshi oral liquid,10 mL each time,2 to 3 times a day,for 2 weeks. Treatment group oral Jianweixiaoji Tang,one dose per day,2 weeks of continuous use; at the same time with the chiropractic treatment,1 times a day,a total of 10 days. After treatment,the main symptoms and signs were recorded,safety evaluation,detection of plasma motilin and gastrin levels before and after treatment. Results： The effective rate of treatment group was 93. 33%,the control group was 78. 33%,the chi square test was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; 7 d after treatment,14 d treatment group,the main symptoms and signs scores were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）; after treatment the treatment group,the main symptoms and signs score decreased than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）; the two groups after the treatment of plasma motilin and gastrin levels were higher than that before treatment,after treatment,plasma motilin and gastrin levels higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; the two groups of patients there was no significant adverse reaction,no serious adverse events occurred. Conclusion： Jianweixiaoji Tang combined with chiropractic therapy in the treatment of children with dyspepsia curative effect,can improve the clinical symptoms,the mechanism may be related to the regulation of plasma motilin and gastrin levels of gastrointestinal hormones.
