点穴疗法对急性缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察点穴疗法对缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能的影响。方法:将80例患者随机分为两组,点穴组40例予穴位按压和常规康复治疗,对照组40例予常规康复治疗。采用Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评分、加拿大神经功能评分于治疗前和治疗后4周,评定患者的运动功能。结果:治疗前两组FMA、加拿大神经功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过4周治疗后,点穴组FMA、神经功能缺损评分均高与对照组(P<0.05)。结论:点穴疗法对缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能康复效果显著,优于单一常规康复治疗。Objective： To observe the effect of digital acupoint pressure on motor function in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group of 40 cases and the control group of 40 cases. In which acupressure and conventional treatments were used for the subjects in the experimental group,and the conventional treatments only was used in the control group. The motor function of all the subjects in the two groups was assessed with the FMA and CNS grades before and after treatment. Results： Before treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups on FMA and CNS scores（ P〉0. 05）; after 4 weeks of treatment,acupuncture group of FMA,CNS scores were high and in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The digital acupoint pressure has significant effect on motor function in patients with acute ischemic stroke compared with conventionl therapy.
