3种消毒液对术前患者皮肤消毒效果的探讨

摘　　要：目的比较3种消毒液对术前患者皮肤消毒的效果。方法选择Ⅰ类手术患者300例分为3个试验组,2%葡萄糖酸氯己定皮肤消毒液组,5%聚维酮碘皮肤消毒液组,爱护佳牌术前皮肤消毒液组。结果 3种消毒液消毒效果均达到国家标准,无切口感染,5%聚维酮碘皮肤消毒液组有1例患者皮肤过敏。3种消毒液消毒效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2%葡萄糖酸氯己定皮肤消毒液组消毒患者皮肤所需时间为(1.052±0.076)min,5%聚维酮碘皮肤消毒液组消毒患者皮肤所需时间为(3.028±0.024)min,爱护佳牌术前皮肤消毒液组消毒患者皮肤所需时间为(2.247±0.098)min,3种消毒液消毒操作时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3种皮肤消毒液杀菌效果均较好,但以2%葡萄糖酸氯己定皮肤消毒液效果最好,值得临床推广使用。Objective To compare the effect of three kinds of disinfectant on the skin sterilization for preoperative patients.Methods Totally 300 patients with typeⅠ surgery was randomly divided into three groups,2% glucose acid chloride skin disinfectant was set for experimental group 1,5% povidone iodine skin disinfectant was set for experimental group 2,＂aihujia＂ lotion preoperative skin sterilization was set for experimental groups 3.Results The effect of the three disinfectants all work well,which reached the national standard.Experiment 2groups had a skin allergy.Three groups of disinfectant disinfection effect of comparative differences had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.There was a significant difference in the three groups on the operating sterilization tine,experimental group 1（1.052±0.076）min,experimental group 2（3.028±0.024）min and experimental group 3（2.247±0.098）min,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion This study shows that three types of skin disinfectant bactericidal effect is good,but 2% glucose acid chloride skin disinfectant is best,and it is worth to be recommended in clinic.
