综合护理干预改善胃癌患者术后便秘的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预措施对改善胃癌患者术后便秘的临床疗效。方法选取四川大学华西医院收治的64例胃癌患者作为研究对象,将其随机均分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行综合护理干预,比较两组患者术后便秘的临床疗效及患者满意情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.9%,高于对照组的78.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者对护理的满意情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以显著改善胃癌患者手术后便秘情况,疗效确切,而且可以提高患者满意度,进而提高患者的生活质量,可在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention measures in improving constipation of postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Methods Totally 64 cases of gastric cancer patients in our hospital were selected as the research object,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,32 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing care,on the basis of routine nursing care,the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention measures,the clinical curative effect of constipation and patient satisfaction were compared between two groups after operation.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 96.9%,which was higher than 78.1%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the satisfaction of nursing had significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve constipation after operation of gastric cancer,curative effect is exact,also can improve the satisfaction of patients,and improve the quality of life,and can be widely applied in clinical.
