摘 要:为了分析温度对O形圈和X形圈密封应力的影响,利用ANSYS软件建立了密封结构的简化模型,进行了数值仿真计算。文章研究了温度对密封应力的影响,并对两种密封圈的应力进行了比较。结果表明,随着温度的增大,密封圈的接触应力和等效应力基本上是增大的,变化幅度都小于7.5%;温度变化对X形圈应力的影响比对O形圈大;各工况下X形圈的接触应力均大于O形圈,密封性能更好。In order to analyze the influence of temperature on the sealing stress of O-ring and X-ring, a simplified model of the sealing structure was established and it is simulated by using ANSYS software. The effect of temperature on the sealing stress was studied, and the stress of the two sealing rings was compared. Results show that, the contact stress and equivalent stress of the sealing rings are basically increased with the increasing of temperature, and the range of variation is less than 7.5%. The influence of temperature variation on the stress of X-ring is larger than that of O-ring.The contact stress of the X-ring ring is greater than that of O-ring.
