自我效能干预对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨自我效能干预对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2014年9月至2015年4月在上海市杨浦区中心医院治疗的200例慢性心力衰竭患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各100例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予自我效能干预，共干预6个月。采用一般自我效能感量表、健康状况调查量表及自设的护理满意度测评表，对患者进行自我效能、生活质量、护理满意度的评价。比较2组患者干预前和干预6个月后的自我效能、生活质量评分及干预6个月后的护理满意度。结果干预前，2组患者自我效能、生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。干预6个月后，观察组自我效能评分、生活质量总分、护理满意度均明显高于对照组[（26±4）分比（25±6）分、（55±19）分比（46±23）分、99．0％（99／100）比89．0％（89／100）]，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论自我效能干预能增强慢性心力衰竭患者的自我效能，提高患者生活质量和护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of self-efficacy intervention on the life quality of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Totally 200 patients with chronic heart failure from September 2014 to April 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group （ 100 cases in each group ）. Patients in control group were given routine nursing care, on this basis, observation group was given self-efficacy intervention for 6 months. The general information questionnaire, health survey scale and nursing satisfaction scale was used to assess the self-efficacy, quality of life and nursing satisfaction. Above scores were compared between groups before and 6 months after intervention. Results Before intervention, the scores of self-efficacy and life quality were not significantly different between groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Six months after intervention, the scores of self-efficacy, life quality and nursing satisfaction in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group [ （26 ± 4） scores vs （25 ±6） scores, （55 ± 19） scores vs （46± 23 ） scores, 99.0% （99/100） vs 89.0% （89/100） ] （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Self efficacy intervention can enhance the self-efficacy, improve the life quality and nursing satisfaction in patients with chronic heart failure.
