摘 要:目的:探讨胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术在食管癌患者中的应用效果。方法:将20例食管癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组各10例,对照组给予传统开胸食管癌根治术,实验组给予胸腔镜下游离食管+腹腔镜游离胃+胃食管左胸顶吻合术,两组均给予精心围术期护理,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后肺膨胀不良发生率及住院时间。结果:两组患者术中出血量、术后肺膨胀不良发生率及住院时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术治疗食管癌患者,可减少术中出血量,降低术后肺膨胀不良发生率,缩短住院时间。Objective: To explore the effect of applying thoracoscope and laparoscope in radical resection of esophageal cancer. Methods:20 patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group( 10 cases in each group). The conventional thoracotomy was performed in the control group and the thoracoscope and laparoscope were applied in radical resection of esophageal cancer in the experimental group. The patients in both groups were given meticulous perioperative nursing care. The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incidence of postoperative pulmonary atelectasis and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of intraoperative blood loss,incidence of postoperative pulmonary atelectasis and hospitalization time between the two groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Application of thoracoscope and laparoscope in radical resection of esophageal cancer can reduce the intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of postoperative pulmonary atelectasis and shorten the hospitalization time.
