摘　　要：【摘要】HQMS数据上报系统是综合运用计算机软件与网络技术，对医院内所发生的医疗过程信息尤其是医疗质量数据信息进行审核，使之符合国家卫生计生委上报标准，从而使医院方便快捷地完成数据上报。全国各级医疗机构统一使用新版住院病案首页，使病案首页内容更加科学化、规范化。及时、完整、准确地填写病案首页可保证信息的质量，而高质量的病案首页不仅直接体现出医院的管理水平和医疗技术水平，关系着国际疾病分类编码质量，更是直接影响着HQMS数据直报质量、疾病预防预测的真实性和可靠性。HQMS data reporting system is a comprehensive use of computer software and network technology to audit the information within the hospital medical process especially health quality data information, so as to make these information meet the requirements of Health and Family Planning Commission reporting standards. It helps hospital to complete the data report conveniently and quickly. National medical institutions at all levels use the new version of the home page of hospital medical record, so that the content of the home page of the medical record is more scientific and standardized. Document the home page of medical records timely, complete and accurately ensures the information quality, and high quality of the home page of medical records not only reflects the hospital management level and the level of med- ical technology directly, which are related to the quality of the codes of international classification of diseases, and further affect the quality of HQMS data reporting and validity and reliability of disease prevention predictive.
