摘  要:【摘要】当前医患关系处于一种矛盾的悖论中,医患之间猜疑与求信共存、抱怨与依从同现,医生和病人都存在不同程度的不满意。本文从医生、病人角度分析了不满意之动因,最后提出要让医学回归本质,政府、医院、医生各司其职,医院要去行政化,医生要有独立行医权,政府应建立补偿机制,要从政策上引导病人分流,建立合适的激励约束机制。The doctor-patient relationship is in a paradox of contradictions in current time, who both have varying degrees of dissatisfaction. This article analyzes the causes of dissatisfaction from the doctor and patient' s views. Finally it puts forward that medical should be back into its nature, and the government, hospitals and doctors should perform their respective duties. The hospital should be de-administrated, doctors need to have practice rights independently, and the government should establish compensation mechanisms and appropriate ineentive and restrictive mechanism.
