摘 要:老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折一直是骨科工作者重点关注问题,其致死致残率逐年上升。传统的评价骨质疏松指标Singh指数在临床工作中广泛应用。普通X线上即可快速评定其级别,在预测髋部骨折是可作为重要参考指标,同时Singh指数与骨密度、股骨解剖结构及多种生化指标相结合提高了预测髋部骨折的准确率。而对已存在的髋部骨折治疗时评估骨骼质量、内固定物选择及降低固定失败率方面具有指导意义,对术后关节功能的早期恢复,避免长期卧床并发症的发生也都具有应用价值,可对髋部骨折手术创伤作出正确评估。现对其研究及进展状况做简单综述。Osteoporotic hip fractures in the elderly cause an increasing morbidity and mortality year by year,which are always a concern for orthopedic doctors. Traditional evaluation Singh index of osteoporosis is widely used in clinical work. As a significant index for predicting hip fractures,its grade is assessed on common X-ray. Meanwhile,the combination of Singh index,bone mineral density,femoral anatomic structure,and multiple biochemical indexes enhances the accuracy rate of predicting hip fractures.It is also very important for the evaluation of bone quality,the choice of internal fixation,and reduction of the failure rate of surgery in the treatment of hip fractures. Singh index make a correct assessment of hip fractures which may be beneficial to early functional restoration of the joints and to avoid serious complications due to long-term bedding. This paper summarizes the current research status and the development.
