摘 要:目的对比不同归经芳香药藿香和苍术调节甲型H1N1流感免疫相关通路的差异。方法采用台湾中医药资料库、Pub Chem、TCMID查找肺经芳香药藿香和非肺经芳香药苍术的化学成分及其靶蛋白,采用Gene数据库查找甲型H1N1流感相关基因,运用生物信息软件分析三者分子网络和生物通路的相关性,对比两种药物对甲型H1N1流感免疫相关通路中的作用差异。结果藿香靶蛋白共42个,苍术靶蛋白24个,甲型H1N1流感相关基因32个。甲型H1N1流感的分子网络与藿香形成的分子网络关联较多,与苍术形成的分子网络关联则相对较少;藿香较苍术可以作用于更多与甲型H1N1流感相关的免疫炎性疾病;藿香与甲型H1N1流感共同作用于10条免疫生物学通路,苍术与甲型H1N1流感共同作用于4条免疫生物学通路。结论归肺经芳香药藿香较非肺经芳香药苍术对甲型H1N1流感可能更有免疫调节优势。Objective To compare the differences in regulating immune related pathways in influenza A( H1N1) between Huoxiang( Agastache rugosus,藿香) and Cangzhu( Rhizoma Atractylodis,苍术) which are aromatics with different channel tropism. Methods The chemical composition and target protein of aromatics Huoxiang with the lung tropism and Cangzhu without the lung tropism were searched in Taiwan Chinese Medicine Database,Pub Chem,and Traditional Chinese Medicine Integrated Database( TCMID). Related genes of influenza A( H1N1)were searched in Gene database. The correlation of molecular network and biological pathway of Huoxiang target protein,Cangzhu target protein and related genes of influenza A( H1N1) were analyzed with bioinformatics software.Differences in the effect of two herbs on influenza A( H1N1) immune related pathways were compared. Results There were 42 Huoxiang target proteins,24 Cangzhu target proteins,and 32 related genes of influenza A( H1N1).There were a lot of correlations between influenza A( H1N1) molecular network and Huoxiang molecular network,but relatively fewer correlations between influenza A( H1N1) molecular network and Cangzhu molecular network were.Compared with Cangzhu, Huoxiang could work on more immune inflammatory diseases related to influenza A( H1N1). Both Huoxiang and influenza A( H1N1) acted on the same 10 immune biological pathways. Both Cangzhu and influenza A( H1N1) acted on the same 4 immune biological pathways. Conclusion Aromatics Huoxiang,which was with the lung tropism,might have more advantages in influenza A( H1N1) immunoregulation than aromatics Cangzhu which was not with the lung tropism.
