通利枢机针刺法辅助治疗缺血性脑血管病31例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察通利枢机针刺法辅助治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效。方法将63例患者随机分为头体针组32例及通利枢机针刺组31例。两组均给予常规治疗,通利枢机针刺组在常规治疗的基础上加用通利枢机针刺法,头体针组在常规治疗的基础上加用头针加体针针刺,两组均以2周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。比较两组治疗前及第1、2、3疗程末Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分,并评价临床疗效。结果通利枢机针刺组临床疗效总有效率为93.5%,头体针组为81.3%,通利枢机针刺组疗效明显优于头体针组(P<0.05)。两组第1、2、3疗程末Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表上、下肢评分及总分均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01);通利枢机针刺组各时间点Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表总分均明显高于头体针组,通利枢机针刺组第2、3疗程末Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表上、下肢评分均明显高于头体针组(P<0.01)。结论通利枢机针刺法可改善缺血性脑血管病患者肢体运动功能,且疗效优于头体针针刺。Objective To observe the clinical effects of easing cardinal acupuncture in auxiliary treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods Sixty-three patients were randomly divided into the head-body acupuncture group（ 32 cases） and the easing cardinal acupuncture group（ 31 cases）. Both two groups were given conventional treatment. In addition,the easing cardinal acupuncture group was also treated with easing cardinal acupuncture,and the head-body acupuncture group was also treated with head and body acupuncture. Two weeks was a period of treatment,and both groups were treated for three periods of treatment. Scores of the Fugl-Meyer assessment scale were compared in the two groups before treatment and at the end of the 1st,2nd and 3rd period of treatment,and the clinical effects were evaluated. Results The total effective rate was 93. 5% in the easing cardinal acupuncture group,and 81. 3% in the head-body acupuncture group,with a significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Scores about upper and lower limbs and total scores of the Fugl-Meyer assessment scale in the two groups at the end of the 1st,2nd and 3rd period of treatment were higher than those before treatment（ P〈0. 01）;The total scores of the Fugl-Meyer assessment scale in the easing cardinal acupuncture group at every time point were much higher than those in the head-body acupuncture group. Scores of the Fugl-Meyer assessment scale about upper and lower limbs at the end of the 2nd and 3rd period of treatment in the easing cardinal acupuncture group were much higher than those in the head-body acupuncture group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Easing cardinal acupuncture can improve motor function of limbs in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and its curative effect is better than that of head and body acupuncture.
